All flagship safari packages on Alwa Africa include luxury accommodation, all meals, two daily safari activities (game drives or boat cruises), and local beverages. Park fees and conservation levies are also included.

The dry season from May to October is peak wildlife viewing time as animals congregate near permanent water. The wet season (November to April) offers lush landscapes and is excellent for birdwatching.

Yes, many flagship camps are family-friendly with specialized activities. Some have age restrictions for game drives (usually 6+ years), but private vehicle hire is available for younger children.

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the country you are visiting (Zimbabwe or Botswana). Most travelers can obtain a visa on arrival. We recommend checking current requirements before travel.

We recommend neutral-colored, breathable clothing (khaki, beige), a warm jacket for early morning drives, comfortable walking shoes, a wide-brimmed hat, sunblock, and binoculars.
